Proposal of Bi-Monthly Meetings - (Dave Frederick)
Dave would like more meetings for planning ahead. Motion and second
Steve/Walter Kirkland. to accept new meeting schedule. Discussion
followed Friendly Amendment to have for remainder of the year.
Michael stated Bylaws need to be changed if made permanent. 10/4
approved.
Range Maintenance Update - (Spraying) (Don Williams/Bill Feierabend)
sprayed and Don did spraying and Bill deployed the clubs spray
equipment.
CCW Operational Costs- (Chris Mancebo) Capoff is going for profit…Bill
got copy of Several years ago for CCW training and Bob Burns gave
opinion for profit on the range. The actual agreement as far as can tell in
agreement address charges was about normal charges for non profit .
Have not yet checked with C.C. NP status vs for profit status or check with
BLM and liability. Check with Ashley for BLM. No commercial enterprisesIssue is that they are on weekends? Bill reviewed lease agreement and
the county leased land from BLM for this club so we can run a facility for
the public. The agreement how to justify public usage that could shoot at.
To promote public usage the intent the more the merrier for profit or not.
He would like to check into this to pursue to offer to for profit. Report
back. MSCU Wayne to direct Bill to contact county counsel and /Fredrick
Set date for fall cleanup – no shooting activities scheduled Saturday - Aug
30 was last year Set August 29 for date. MSCU Nick Dolphay/Wayne
Jambois at 8am.
Fair Booth – CRPA Volunteers Needed – (Dave Fredrick)
Dave CRPA will have booth for 5 days July 15-19 will pass around paper
and name email for volunteers. 5 hr shifts 11 to 4 4-8 pm
Postage Costs/Mailings of Membership Cards - (Sophia Wages/Elaine
Jacobs)
Open House – May 30 Update - (Dave Fredrick) not a lot of people; 7 new
members and several to mail in . Effective drive for that. Claybreakers for
lunch thank you. Bill CMP Chris , 4-H airguns cowboy shoot 5 stand a
little bit of everything up there. It was successful. Would like an Annual
Open House and potluck end of season gathering.
Update on Claybreakers – finished regular season undefeated Jrs. and Srs.
They are now separate Jr. Carson City, Finals with clean slate 840/1000
targets they won squad award, 25 teams /115 kids 3rd place award. N#2
shooter. Third year for Jr. In 2 weeks Sr. go to Livermore.

17th CRPA meeting at Kopper Kettle, 27th car show in the park
Banner – for Chris not printed yet. MSCU Sophia/Elaine to have banner
made.
Wayne Jambois introduced as a new member in attendance.
